Mr Steven Lobsey, has just been awarded the prestigious national certification as a Highly Accomplished teacher. In Mr Lobsey’s citation, the President of BOSTES, Tom Alegounarias stated that there are currently only about 150 teachers in NSW with the Highly Accomplished accreditation.
