4.  Go on a Waiting List

If at the time of application, a vacancy is not immediately available, your child’s name will be placed on our waiting list in priority by application date. We will then contact you if and when a position becomes available to arrange an interview.

5. Sit a Class Placement Test

Prior to the Interview we require all enrolment applicants to sit an entrance test so we can best cater for each child's academic ability.

6. Arrange an Interview

Interviews are arranged with the Registrar for the parents and their children to meet the Headmaster and the Head of School for Junior or Senior School, whichever applies, for the first year of entry.

7. Accept an Offer

Once an interview has been conducted, successful enrolment applicants are sent an ‘Offer of Enrolment’ in writing. If you choose to accept our offer, we ask that a non-refundable enrolment fee of $300 and a refundable bond is paid (See Fee Schedule for current bond amounts). Your child’s enrolment at Oxford Falls Grammar School is then confirmed.

8. Attend an Orientation

In preparation for each new intake and where opportunity allows, orientation events are held. These events provide new students and their families the opportunity to meet others in the School community – fellow new students, some of the present student body and staff. These events help new students adjust quickly into their new school environment, assimilate into the student body, navigate around our campus, and help with a smooth transition to school life at Oxford Falls Grammar School
