We specifically ask all applicants to provide references, including one from your current Pastor or Minister, as Oxford Falls Grammar School was founded as and remains a significant Christian ministry of C3 Church Oxford Falls. As such, we value highly the Christian foundation of this school and desire that all individuals joining our staff appreciate the intentional values and ethos of this precious nurturing, learning and empowering environment.

There are many whose heart may immediately connect with the Christian spirit of this school.
